REBRANDED + CREATED A NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DESIGN FOR AN AUSTRALIAN RETAIL FRANCHISE.

Undertaking a rebrand of a national franchise with 140 stores and B2B and B2C commerce platforms.

Approached the repositioning with a new identity system, new store design, CX navigation system, brand promises and customer services design to make shopping for hair and beauty products easier.

Driven by the newly declared mission to celebrate “The Power of Good Hair”, we created a flagship environment with omni-channel touch points in store. Our next-gen concept connects the beauty community with a more immersive shopping experience linking the customer experience through social and e-commerce and a gamified rewards program.

The new store zoning and navigation for Hairhouse based on unmet needs of key customer segments.

Launching a new retail experience for Hairhouse customers saw a 40% increase in footfall within launch.
